Pose Running
Pose running (like Chi Running) is another technique that is widely advocated as the 'best' way to run. It is a philiosophu of running that is claimed to make running more efficient and reduce injury, first described by Dr. Nicholas S. Romanov in the 1970's. The physics behind Pose Running is to most effectively find a way of using gravity as the lever to cause the body to keep moving forward. There is limited research to support the technique.
